Smart Ring FAQ
Sizing & Fit
What sizes are available?
The ring is available in sizes 7, 8, and 9.
How do I choose the right size?
We strongly recommend measuring your finger before ordering to ensure the most comfortable fit and to avoid the inconvenience of returns or exchanges. Use a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper wrapped around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on, then compare to a standard ring-size chart. When in doubt between two sizes, size up — a ring that is slightly loose is more comfortable during activity than one that is too tight.
Which finger should I wear it on?
The ring can be worn on any finger. Most users prefer the index or middle finger for a secure fit during workouts and sleep. Choose whichever finger gives you a snug but comfortable fit throughout the day.
My finger size changes throughout the day. What should I do?
Fingers naturally swell after exercise, in warm weather, or after salty meals, and shrink in cold temperatures. Measure your finger at the end of the day when swelling is typically at its peak. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for day-long comfort.
Can I exchange my ring if the size doesn't fit?
Yes. If the size is not right, please contact us to arrange an exchange. To minimize the need for an exchange, please measure carefully before ordering using the guidance above.
Phone & App Compatibility
Is the ring compatible with my phone?
The ring works with both iOS (iPhone) and Android smartphones. No app subscription fees are required — the companion app is free to use.
Do I need to pay for an app subscription?
No. The app is included at no extra cost. There are no ongoing subscription fees to access your health and fitness data.
Is the health data medically accurate?
The ring and its app are not medical devices. All data — including heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure readings — is for personal reference only and should not be used for clinical diagnosis, medical research, or treatment purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Bluetooth Syncing
How does the ring sync with my phone?
The ring connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Open the companion app on your iOS or Android device, follow the in-app pairing instructions, and the ring will sync your health and activity data automatically.
What health metrics does the ring track?
The ring tracks heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure (for reference only), sleep, stress levels, steps, calories burned, distance traveled, and activity trajectory. It recognizes 128 exercise modes, including running, cycling, and walking.
Can I control my phone's camera with the ring?
Yes. Shake your finger twice and the ring will trigger your phone's camera shutter remotely, letting you take hands-free photos without any additional accessories.
Battery & Charging
How long does the battery last?
With regular use, the battery lasts 2–4 days. In standby mode, it can last 6–8 days.
How do I charge the ring?
The ring charges magnetically. Place it on the included magnetic charging case. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour. The portable charging case holds multiple additional charging cycles so you can top up on the go.
Water Resistance
Is the ring waterproof?
Yes. The ring carries an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning it is designed to withstand submersion — you can wear it while swimming, washing hands, or during intense, sweaty workouts without worry.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Yes. The IP68 rating covers both showering and swimming. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot tubs, saunas, or high-pressure water jets, as these can exceed standard waterproofing tolerances over time.
Returns & Size Exchanges
What if my ring doesn't fit after I receive it?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible. We recommend measuring your finger carefully before ordering (see the sizing section above) to avoid this. If an exchange is needed, reach out and we'll guide you through the process.
How do I measure my finger at home?
Wrap a thin strip of paper or flexible tape around the base of the target finger, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimetres. Use a ring-size conversion chart to find your US size. For the most accurate result, measure at the end of the day and use the hand you wear the ring on.
